This application is for the fForest Fest Vendor Market.
Saturday, June 7, 2025 -12pm-8pm
Goold Park, Morris, Illinois

BOOTH SIZE
– Each booth is approximately 10’x10 with some overflow space.
– Ground is uneven and FFF is in a park with trees, dirt, bugs, etc.

FEES
– $25 application fee.
– $125 booth fee, per 10×10.
– or, $250 for two spaces and mobile setups.
– $10 early setup fee, to set up on Friday 12pm-7pm.
– FFF does not issue refunds.

QUALIFICATIONS
– All items in your booth must be vintage/ thrifted or made by you.
– No Direct Sales: LuLaRoe, Tupperware, Color Street, etc.
– No B2B/ Business Only: ie. contractors, banks, solar, bath, etc.
– Wholesale items need to be approved.
– No copyrighted items.
– No items using the copyrighted fForest Fest logo.
– No CBD, illegal, racist, political, or dangerous items.
– Reiki and Tarot reading is not permitted by the City.
– FFF is not a good first market. You will need to list previous markets.

APPLICATIONS
– It make take up to TWO weeks for application review.
– Application approval is a committee decision.
– Deposit is non refundable. It covers the cost to process applications.
– Applications open to the public January 1, 2025.
– Applications close on May 1, 2025.
– Booth must be paid within 30 days of approval.
– Applications considered in order as received.
– Past fForest Fest Vendors have priority.
– If your category is full, you will be added to waitlist.
– Each category is limited.
Example:
One jewelry vendor per section. Only 8 accepted for the festival.

WAITLIST
– Invoices not paid within 30 days will automatically bump to a waitlist.
– Your category could fill while you are on waitlist.
– Deposit will not be refunded for waitlisted vendors.

ACTIVITIES
– It is highly recommended that vendors host an activity.
– Activities can be as simple as game or a craft (even for a fee).
– We strive to have all booths interactive.
– Questions will be covered in the welcome packet.

VENDORS

– Space is limited to a total of 150 vendors.
– Each booth will receive two wristbands.
– Additional wristbands are available to purchase for $10 during setup.
– Do not apply without social media link or web site for reference.
– FForest Fest does not issue refunds,.
– Cancellations and no-shows will no be welcomed back.
– Spaces are not transferable.
– Pets are not allowed in the park, per City Ordinance.
– Vendors are not allowed to leave early.
– fForest Fest reserves the right to ask a vendor to leave.

PLEASE NOTE:
fForest Fest is a Music Festival. We strive to be an inclusive place and promote happiness. You will be expected to stay the entire length of the festival. It is a long day. It may be hot. It may rain. There will be music playing from the stage all day long. It may be loud and you may hear the occasional explicit lyric. Its all a part of the festival fun. You just need to be fully aware of what you are signing up for.

DETAILS
– $25 deposit is required.
– Applications without a deposit will not be considered.
– Total booth fee is due in 30 days upon approval.
– Booth not paid in 30 days will be added to the waitlist
– $25 deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.
If you are added to the waitlist or not accepted, you will not be refunded the deposit. This fee is used to process your application.
